Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Representation before courts, tribunals, NCLT/NCLAT and arbitral forums.

Overview

Most disputes should not go to court. Our first job — usually months before a claim is filed — is to reduce the number of matters that ever need to. When escalation is unavoidable, we prosecute or defend with focus, and treat the dispute as a business problem with a legal expression.

We appear before the High Courts, NCLT/NCLAT, DRT, arbitral tribunals under the Indian Arbitration Act, and international forums including SIAC, LCIA and ICC. Our commercial-litigation bench covers contractual disputes, shareholder and joint-venture disputes, insolvency-adjacent litigation, and enforcement of foreign awards.

Pre-dispute, we run legal audits, review high-risk contracts, and design early-warning mechanisms so business teams surface issues while they are still solvable at the table.
